Psychedelic Doom und Stoner Metal ist nicht mein Ding. Dafür bin ich offensichtlich zu klar im Kopf. Dementsprechend habe ich musikalisch vor der Wasteland Stage mit der Band Gaupa aus Schweden zu kämpfen. Der Fünfer um Frontfrau Emma Näslund ließen mich eher ratlos zurück. Vielleicht muss man zuvor etwas eingeworfen haben, um die Band zu verstehen.
Psychedelic doom and stoner metal is not my thing. I’m obviously too clear-headed for that. Accordingly, I had to struggle musically with the band Gaupa from Sweden in front of the Wasteland Stage. The five-piece around front woman Emma Näslund left me rather perplexed. Perhaps you have to have had something in your head beforehand to understand the band.
