Aber wieder einmal musste ich feststellen, dass der Mann an den Lichtreglern eine Katastrophe war. Es ist ja nicht so, dass man in der Kantine nicht über eine gute Lichtanlage verfügt (hin und wieder konnte man das gesamte Lichtspektrum erahnen). Im Großen und Ganzen war es aber ein Trauerspiel. Und das nicht nur beim Support, sondern auch beim Hauptact. Es ist schon bezeichnend für die miserable Arbeit des Lichtmischers, wenn man Duffs Bassisten und Schlagzeuger lediglich erahnen konnte…. Dementsprechend sind meine Bilder dann auch nur eine schlechte Dokumentation, dass ich beim Konzert vor Ort war.
Nun gut, wenden wir uns James And The Cold Gun zu. Die Band stammt aus Wales, und ich muss gestehen, dass ich den Vierer nicht kannte. Die Musik recht rotzig, machten die drei Jungs und die Bassisten gar keinen schlechten Job. Nach einer halben Stunde Spielzeit war aber schon Schluss aber das Publikum auch ganz gut vorgewärmt für Duff McKagan.

But once again I had to realize that the man at the lighting controls was a disaster. It’s not as if the canteen doesn’t have a good lighting system (every now and then you could see the entire light spectrum). On the whole, however, it was a tragedy. And not only for the support, but also for the main act. It’s indicative of the miserable work of the light mixer that you could only make out Duff’s bassist and drummer…. Accordingly, my pictures are only a poor documentation that I was at the concert.
Well, let’s turn our attention to James And The Cold Gun. The band is from Wales, and I have to admit that I didn’t know the four-piece. The music was quite snotty, the three guys and the bassists didn’t do a bad job at all. After half an hour, however, it was already over, but the audience was well warmed up for Duff McKagan.
