Neben bekannten Bands, die ich jedes Jahr auf meiner Wacken<\/strong> Liste habe, suche ich mir im Vorfeld auch immer einige mir unbekannte Bands aus, die ich sehr oft einzig und allein auf Grund des Bandfotos und der Kurzbeschreibung in der Wacken App<\/strong> aussuche. Dabei treffe ich dann immer wieder auf tolle Kapellen, die ich sonst wohl nie entdeckt h\u00e4tte.
\nDieses Jahr waren Aquilla<\/strong> aus Polen definitiv mein optisch\/akustischer Hauptgewinn, was mir unbekannte Bands anging. Aquilla<\/strong> strotzen voller Achtziger Metal Klischees, sowohl optisch, als auch musikalisch. Und was soll ich sagen: ich fahre voll darauf ab! Die Jungs waren\/sind der absolute Knaller und haben mich voll weggehauen. Wer die deutsche Band Stallion<\/strong> kennt, hat so einen ungef\u00e4hren Eindruck von dem, was die Polen auf die B\u00fchne bringen.
\nSuper hammergeiler Set!!! Und jetzt muss ich mal sehen, wie ich an die Ver\u00f6ffentlichungen der Band komme…<\/p>\n

In addition to the well-known bands that I have on my Wacken list every year, I also always choose some bands that I don’t know in advance, which I very often choose solely on the basis of the band photo and the short description in the Wacken app. In doing so, I always come across great bands that I would never have discovered otherwise.<\/em>
\nThis year, Aquilla from Poland were definitely my visual\/acoustic jackpot as far as unknown bands were concerned. Aquilla are full of eighties metal clich\u00e9s, both visually and musically. And what can I say: I’m totally into it! The guys were\/are an absolute blast and blew me away. Anyone who knows the German band Stallion will have a rough idea of what the Poles bring to the stage.<\/em>
\nSuper awesome set!!! And now I have to see how I can get hold of the band’s releases…<\/em><\/p>\n
